The bell represents the female aspect and stands for Prajna (wisdom) and is held in the left hand, while the Vajra, symbolizing the male principle, is held in the right hand and represents method.
Together, their interaction leads to enlightenment.

Aloka Lekhana
The word “photography” is based on the Greek φῶς (photos) “light” and γραφή (graphé) “representation by means of lines” or “drawing”, together meaning “drawing with light”.
~
I found this such a wonderful expression, drawing with light, that I translated it into Pali, Aloka Lekhana.
~
Not only does Aloka mean light, but it also means to shed light, illuminate, and yet another meaning is to see.
~
