Light burst over Wat Intharawihan
One of the most memorable experiences of my travels in Thailand would be watching the clouds that seem to always be towering above. I was often puzzled by how it was always cloudy and intensely sunny at the same time! The sun and the clouds must have had some deal worked out that has yet to be agreed upon back home in Nova Scotia…

Aloka Lekhana
The word “photography” is based on the Greek φῶς (photos) “light” and γραφή (graphé) “representation by means of lines” or “drawing”, together meaning “drawing with light”.
~
I found this such a wonderful expression, drawing with light, that I translated it into Pali, Aloka Lekhana.
~
Not only does Aloka mean light, but it also means to shed light, illuminate, and yet another meaning is to see.
~
